Performance T-shirt with Embroidered Textile Electrodes to Track Muscle Activation via EMG
CAD embroidery stitch types, surface textures and sizes are explored to design the best performing e-textile EMG electrodes. These electrodes are then embedded in knitted T-Shirts with alternating sleeve patterns to analyze the effects of garment cut and fit on the EMG electrode performance. This research is funded by TUBITAK 3501 (Career Development Program) grant of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey.
